We may be a small team, but our passion and dreams are big. The hurdles we faced only made us stronger. It became our driving factor to advocate more, do more and be more.
We are hungry to go beyond our comfort zone, and to serve more than just one audience. Hence, the bigger dream for Eunoia is to build an ecosystem for individuals with special needs a.k.a our Gifted Angels.
With two of our Passionistas’ first-hand experience of a family member diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Condition, we understand the challenges and difficulties faced by Gifted Angels and their loved ones. More often than not, the biggest concern of parents are:
“Who will take care of my child when we’re no longer around?”
“Will they be able to find a job?”
“What awaits them in the future?”
We empathise with the pain and worries of parents regarding the uncertainty of their children’s future. Thus, began the aspiration of having a one-stop centre that covers the entire journey of the Gifted Angels from therapy all the way to real work experience. We also hope to educate and equip the general public with knowledge and readiness to welcome people with Gifted Angels into the community with open arms, and to embrace their differences.
A ONE STOP CENTRE ; AN ECOSYSTEM

We envision a large centre that includes a café which serves as a training ground for the specially-abled, where they are equipped with self-confidence and morale boost, along with the skills to aid them in finding their way in life. Ultimately, the goal is not to keep them as servers or kitchen staffs in the café forever. Instead, we aim to provide them an avenue to gain exposure, to be noticed and to be recruited by potential employers.
Additionally, for Gifted Angels individuals that require less substantial support (e.g. high functioning autistic individuals), they have the opportunity to be equipped with skills that increase their employability within an office setting via a virtual work life experience. Besides helping them develop both technical skills and life skills, this experience prepares them to enter working life.
With Eunoia’s network and organisation clients at hand, we are able to help increase employability and place these individuals into a sustainable career path. Furthermore, organisational clients that seek spaces to run their internal or external events may utilise Eunoia’s future spacious premise, with food prepared by a team of Gifted Angels.
We imagine an establishment that supports an ecosystem where organisations’ events generate demand while the supply comes from Gifted Angels and at the same time, they are trained with different skill sets that caters for future job placements.
At every opportunity, we shared our dream during our interaction with many stakeholders and was amazed by the support and encouragement received (Thank you!!!). This surely brings us close to realising our dream – to contribute and make a difference in society.
However, this dream cannot be made into reality if we do not have our solid foundation built. Our bread and butter is and will always be providing effectively psychological services from mental health assessments to to early interventions to therapy sessions to Employee Assistance Programme to workshops.
With a firm generation of demand and supply from the mass population on our core products, we can go further and provide even more to the niche community – the Gifted Angels.
We aim to build a community of happy individuals, happy parents, happy children by igniting the light of hope and a certain future that everyone can look forward to.
Ultimately, Eunoia’s end goal is to BRING SMILES everywhere.
We are always on the look out to partner with organisations or individuals that want to be part of making this change in the special needs community. If you’re one of them, drop us a text/give us a call! (We have so much more to share with you!)
Alone, we can do so little but together, we can do so much.
